ISO Accreditation

ISO certification is a seal of approval by a 3rd party body that runs an organisation to one of the recognised ISO management systems.

ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management

Lochshell Engineering's integrated quality management system is based on a number of principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Our system and policies help ensure that customers get consistent, top quality products and services.

IS0 45001:2018 - Health & Safety Management

It is the policy of Lochshell Engineering to maintain a system designed to meet the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 in pursuit of its primary objectives, the purpose and the context of the organisation. This health and safety management system provides us with a framework for setting, monitoring, reviewing and achieving health and safety related objectives, programmes and targets.

ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management

Lochshell Engineering integrates environmental management in to its day to day business activities and operations. They manage their activities in a manner which protects the environment, the safety of staff and public health. Lochshell Engineering accepts that it has a responsibility to the principles of sustainability and environmental awareness as summarised by the ISO 14001:2015 standard.

CE Marking

Certification became mandatory on 1st July 2014, from which time it became illegal to sell fabricated structural steelwork in the UK or the Republic of Ireland that does not carry the CE Mark. CE Marking is not allowed unless the Factory Production Control (FPC) system under which they are produced has been assessed by a suitable certification body that has been approved to the European Commission.

BS EN 1090-1

Lochshell Engineering is a fully accredited CE certified company to Execution Class 3. We gained our CE certification having been successful during an audit of our Factory Production Control (FPC) System. We have an in-house Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC), who, along with our CE manager, ensure all fabrications undertaken are within the requirements of the FPC system and relevant standards.
