Lochshell Engineering carried out repairs to the sea wall at Portmahomack for The Highland Council.
We had to set up Heras fencing on the site prior to the construction works commencing. All the stones from the deck area of the original wall had to be cleared. Once this was completed we had to remove redundant mortar beds and sandstone. The retaining wall was built to the proposed spec and requirements of the site designer. General pointing repairs were agreed with the Site Engineer and carried out. Once the wall repairs were completed we removed and disposed of waste materials.
